Distance : 60 km This 60 kilometers course in the north of the Tarn allows all confirmed sportsmen to admire the medieval historical heritage of the Ségala carmausin. Thus, successively, the villages of Jouqueviel with its chapel of Romanesque origin, of Segur and its fresco 'of the villagers', of Salles and its half-Romanesque church half-Gothic, and of Monestiés (one of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France") with its medieval overall appearance reveal their historical riches. Finally, the Roucarié dam located 6 kilometers after the start from Monestiés is a bathing area equipped and supervised, very pleasant in summer. |
Distance : 65 km This 65 kilometers loop dedicated to sportsmen and women represents a magnificent excursion to the north of the Albigensian country and the Bastides. From Albi, discover the magnificent heritage represented by the Sainte-Cécile cathedral, the Palais de la Berbie or the Toulouse-Lautrec museum. Over the course of your walk, the industrial past of the coal mines will resurface by crossing the communes of Carmaux, Blaye les Mines, Cagnac-les-Mines and Saint-Benoît. Meanwhile, the crossing of Cordes sur Ciel, Salles-Sur-Cérou and Monestiés will amaze you with their exceptional medieval heritage.
